All orders for shipments outside of the US and its possessions must be prepaid with money order or company check in USD prior to shipment. Shipments will be made by US Postal Express Mail or Air Mail with insurance. We can provide quotes.

Shipment rates are per shipment, not per order.
All shipping and insurance charges for any returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part. All returns and exchanges must be received within 21 business days of delivery.
Packages returned COD will not be accepted.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns (restocking fee waived if returns are result of an error on the part of Little Wheels and Deals).
If your merchandise was DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: keep the original shipping carton and immediately call FedEx or UPS to report the damage. Then, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 614-459-4019. On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the items and note whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put the item(s) in the original shipping carton with sufficient packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. Return your package through FedEx or UPS (Ground Service) or by US Mail (Parcel Post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit or an exchange for your return.
Make sure that your address is correct. If you are shipping to an apartment or a suite make sure that the unit number is included. If the delivery service has to correct your address, they charge an extra fee to Little Wheels and Deals. If the shipping service has to correct your address and we are assessed a fee as a result, we will have to pass this fee on to you.
Items in Boxes
Unless otherwise notified, all items are packaged individually. Little Wheels and Deals cannot guarantee that all packaging (not the product) is in mint condition or will arrive in mint condition. It may be damaged in shipping. We will always try to provide you with near mint or mint packaging but cannot always guarantee this.
We cannot be responsible for pricing errors on the website. Little Wheels and Deals strives to maintain accuracy in all its pricing but sometimes there may be a pricing error on the website. If this should occur with your order we will advise you of the correct price before we process and ship your order.
Little Wheels and Deals will not sell, lend or distribute customer data, including names, street and e-mail addresses, or other private information.
