Shipping Charges

Continental USA shipping charges are based on order price as follows:

$0 - $20.00 add $7.50

$20.01 - $40.00 add $8.50

$40.01 - $60.00 add $10.00

$60.01 - $70.00 add $12.00

$70.01 - $80.00 add $13.50

$80.01 - $90.00 add $14.50

$90.01 - $100.00 add $15.50

$100.01 - $120.00 add $16.50

$120.01 - $150.00 add $18.50

$150.01 - $200.00 add $21.50

$250.01 - $300.00 add $28.00

Shipments to: APO, Alaska, FPO, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are shipped by priority mail with insurance at cost to buyer.

All orders for shipments outside of the US and its possessions must be prepaid with money order in USD prior to shipment. Shipments will be made by US Postal express mail or air mail with insurance. We can provide quote.

Shipment rates are per shipment not per order.

Sorry, we cannot accept orders from Indonesia, Brazil or the Philippines.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened merchandise only. All shipping and insurance charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part. All returns and exchanges must be received within 21 business days of delivery.

Packages returned COD will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns (restocking fee waived if returns are result of an error on the part of Little Wheels and Deals).

If your merchandise was DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT; keep the original shipping carton and immediately call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage. Then, e-mail us at sales@littlewheelsanddeals.com or call us at 614-459-4019, or fax us at 614-457-9951.

On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item(s) and note whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put the item(s) in the original shipping carton with sufficient packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. Return your package through a UPS terminal (ground service) or by US mail (parcel post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit or an exchange for your return.

Correct Address!!

Make sure that your address is correct. If you are shipping to an apartment or a suite make sure that the unit number is included. If the delivery service has to correct your address, they charge an extra fee ($10.00) to Little Wheels and Deals. If the shipping service has to correct your address and we are assessed a fee as a result, we will have to pass this fee on to you as a $10 service fee.

How long for orders to arrive?

In stock items with no names or personalization.

Little Wheels and Deals will ship all in stock items within 4 business days. Items out of stock are either noted or removed from the website. If an item is not in stock we will notify you within two business days so that you can cancel or back order the item.

Little Wheels and Deals will ship all in stock items with names or personalization within 7 days.

Items in Boxes

Some 1/24 scale diecast items are not available in separate packaging and will be shipped without a separate box. We ship on a first come first serve basis.

All 1/18 items are packaged individually. Little Wheels and Deals cannot guarantee that all packaging (not the product) is in mint condition. We will try to provide you with near mint or mint packaging but cannot always guarantee this. If you are a serious cardboard collector please understand this policy.

Pricing Accuracy

We cannot be responsible for pricing errors on the website. Little Wheels and Deals strives to maintain accuracy in all its pricing but sometimes there may be a pricing error on the website. If this should occur with your order we will advise you of the correct price before we process and ship your order.

Privacy Policy

Little Wheels and Deals will not sell, lend or distribute customer data, including names, street and e-mail addresses, or other private information.

You may order by mail. Print out your order from the checkout and mail the order form to the address shown below. Include a check or money order for the amount due. Allow two weeks extra for processing checks.
